2.2. The Buyer is responsible for providing correct information at the time of purchase.
2.3. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the processing of personal data provided by him for the purpose of order control and performance analysis. The Buyer also agrees that the e-mail address specified by the Buyer send information notices necessary to complete the order.
2.4. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

3. Buyer Rights and Obligations

3.1. The Buyer has the right to buy the goods in Turbobaltic.com online shop by following these Terms and other e-mails. in the order set out in the store information sections.
3.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods by notifying the Seller by e-mail. by mail or telephone.
3.3. The Buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed price for them.
3.4. In the event of a change in the Buyer's details on the order form, the Buyer must notify the Seller thereof.
3.5. By placing an order at Turbobaltic.com, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions and undertakes to comply with them and not to infringe the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Seller's Rights and Obligations

4.1. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by Turbobaltic.com.
4.2. If the Buyer attempts to impair the stability and security of the online store or violates its obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately, without notice, restrict, suspend or terminate the Buyer's access to the online store.
4.3. Seller undertakes to respect Buyer's privacy right to Buyer's personal information stated in the order form and not to transfer it to third parties.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.

5. Ordering of goods, prices, payment order, terms

5.3. All prices of goods in the online store are in litas and / or euros, including VAT. The Buyer may pay for the goods by bank transfer in electronic banking or at any bank branch, by transferring the money to the bank account of UAB "TURBOBALTIC". Responsibility for data security in this case rests with the bank in question. there are monetary transactions in the banking system (or bank branch). Cash payment to the courier during delivery is the responsibility of the parcel delivery service for data security
5.4. The Buyer undertakes to pay the order within 3 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery of the parcel shall only commence upon receipt of payment for the goods, unless the customer chooses to pay the parcel in cash for the parcel upon delivery.
5.5. If the buyer fails to make payment within 3 working days or if only part of the money is transferred, the order is canceled. If the money has been transferred to the bank account of UAB "TURBOBALTIC", it is returned to the Buyer within 14 days.

6. Delivery of goods

6.1. Once the item is in stock, we commit to deliver it within 2-4 business days, otherwise we will notify you in person of the delivery date.
6.2. If the item is out of stock and marked as ordered, delivery may take up to two weeks. In exceptional cases, the time limit for delivery may be different from other circumstances (eg customs).

6.3. The Buyer, who chooses the delivery service at the time of ordering, undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
6.4. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself and the goods have been delivered to the specified address, the Buyer shall not be entitled to claim against the Seller the delivery of the goods to an unsuitable entity.
6.5. The goods are delivered by an authorized representative (courier) of the Seller. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer according to the terms specified in the product descriptions. In exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control. In this case the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer and agree on the delivery terms.
6.6. In all cases, the Seller shall be released from liability for violation of delivery terms if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the Buyer's fault or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
6.7. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is in defective packaging, if the shipment has received unsolicited goods or inadequate quantity, incomplete delivery of the goods.

7. Product quality, guarantees

7.1. All the details of the goods sold on Turbobaltic.com are given in the description of each item.
7.2. The Seller shall not be liable if the color, shape or other parameters of the goods in the Online Store do not match the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer.

8. Return and replacement of goods

8.1. Returns of goods take place in accordance with the order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 2001. June 29 Order no. 217 on the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Replacement of Items; December 19th Act No. 7 of the Civil Code Amendment and Supplement; XII-700.
8.2. The Buyer shall send the returned goods by registered mail of Lithuania Post or by courier service. The postage costs of quality return or replacement goods shall be borne by the Buyer.
8.3. In order to return a quality item (s), the Buyer may do so within fourteen days of the date of delivery to the Buyer by informing the Seller by email. by sending an e-mail to info@turbobaltic.com and filling out a special exchange-return form.
8.4. The quality product to be returned must be in its original neat packaging, undamaged, unused, in the same set as the Buyer, without losing the appearance of the product (intact labels, tear film, etc.). The parties agree that any change in the appearance of the packaging of a product which was necessary in order to inspect the product shall not be considered as a substantial change in appearance. When returning the item, it is necessary to present the document of purchase.
8.5. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer fails to comply with 8.3. of the return procedure.
8.6. When returning a faulty good and / or a defective good, the Seller undertakes to accept such good and replace it with an equivalent good.
8.7. In the event that the Seller does not have the goods to be replaced, the Buyer shall be refunded the amount paid, including the cost of delivery.
8.8. If the Buyer returns the item purchased during the promotion, the amount paid for the item with a valid discount will be refunded.

9. Marketing and Information

9.2. The Seller shall have the right to unilaterally change the Terms and Conditions of the Shares without notice, as well as to cancel them. Any modification or cancellation of the terms and conditions of the Shares shall be effective from the moment of their amendment or cancellation.
9.3. The Seller shall send all notices by the means of communication specified in the Buyer's order form.

9.5. The Seller shall not be liable if the Buyer does not receive the information or confirmation messages sent due to the Internet connection, malfunctions of the e-mail service providers or incorrectly specified data by the Buyer.

10. Final provisions

10.1. These rules of sale and purchase of goods are made in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved by negotiations. In case of disagreement, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
